Someone sent an email with these instructions:
1- Go to www.Google.com
2- Type in Failure
3- Look at the first listing and laugh at what comes up first
4- Tell other people before the people at Google fix it
And so I did, and had a laugh.

they explained it well, why...
:-) - if enough people link with a "WORD" to a website then it will show up in the google results...
